Organic wine from the oldest vines on the estate, more than 50 years old.
From old vines, this cuvée combines power and finesse, a bluish red colour with silky tannins and aromas of black fruits and spices. The taste is soft on the first taste and full on the palate.
- Cuvée rated 14/20 by the Revue des Vins de France (February 2019)
- A Hachette 2020 guide star
Situated in Tulette in the Drôme Provençale region, the estate — with about thirty hectares under organic farming (since 2010), is mainly composed of vines, but also pomegranate trees, olive trees, meadows and woods, cultivated with respect for biodiversity.
Three generations of farmers have succeeded one another and have gradually developed the vineyard, culminating to the construction of our winery and the production of our first wines in 2017 at the Gabriel Monier estate.
