Destemming, fermentations in thermoregulated tanks. Ageing : 75% in stainless steel vats and 25% in oak barrels. ABV : 14% vol.
Intense red color with ruby reflections. Aromas of wild berries and black fruits. Silky tannins. Vanilla and toasted aromas. Long finish.
2 to 3 years.
Perfect with beef or grilled vegetables.
